- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item is approved, your refund will be processed. If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you.
Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be issued via BHIM UPI.
- Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refund Method: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
- Bank Details: Customers opting for a bank transfer refund must provide their bank account details, including account number, IFSC code, and account holder's name.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Bank Processing: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
